Do I have to sign a contract?

No! While we do have customer registration forms for you to fill out, these are informational for us and give us permission to enter your yard to clean. You will never have to sign a contract with us.

 

Do I have to be there when you service your yard?

No not at all. In fact, we have some customers that we’ve never met face to face. Even when some customers are at home they never know we are there since we try to be as unobtrusive as possible.

 

Can my dogs be in the yard when you scoop?

Many of our customers have dog doors and their dogs come out to say hi while we are in the yard. Some of our customers prefer to have their dogs inside while we are there because their dogs jump on people. It doesn’t really matter to us as long as they are friendly. Of course, if you know your dog does not like strangers in the yard we do ask that you keep them inside while we are there.

 

Do you service my yard year round?

As long as we can safely get into your yard we will scoop year round, after all, your dog doesn’t stop during the winter so why should we stop cleaning it up?

 

What if it is raining or snowing on my day of service?

We still service your yards in the rain. We are not afraid to get wet. In the case of a severe rainstorm or thunder and lightning we can usually wait 10-15 minutes until it lets up enough for us to enter your yard and scoop. If snow is supposed to accumulate more than an inch or two the day of service we will come out the day before to scoop your yard. In some cases where it snows several days in a row we may need to skip a week of service. This is very rare however.

 

Should I unlock my gate?

Yes. We will not climb over fences or gates. If there is a combination or a key to the lock you can provide a copy to us if you would like. Other arrangements can be made, just let us know.

 

Can I skip a week?

Of course! We all need a vacation now and then! Just let us know with as much time as possible so that we can plan our days accordingly. If you forget to let us know and we show up to scoop please know that you will be charged for a service. Service will resume whenever you need it too.

 

How do I pay you?

We accept cash, check, and credit cards. Credit cards are processed utilizing PayPal services or Intuit Payment Network. If you don’t have a Pay Pal account don’t worry, you can either easily set one up or just pay without setting up an account. We do invoice on a pre-paid plan. Invoices are sent out on the 15 of each month and due by the 30 for the following month’s service.

 

Is there a customer referral program?

Yes. For each customer referred to us by you that pays and stays with us for a full month you will receive 50% off your next month’s service fees. Refer away! Word of mouth is the best form of advertising that we can get!
